Return & Refund Policy

At With Flowers we take great care in offering the highest standards of seasonal flowers and plants to our customers. The products are delicate and may be affected by many different circumstances. Our florists strive to maintain the highest quality and will use their discretion, if necessary substituting flowers and foliage with the best alternative available.

Change of mind or cancelation of orders require a minimum 24 hour notice. A $10 administrative fee will apply. If the flowers have already been arranged by the time of cancelation or change of mind, a fee of 80% of the order price will apply. We cannot process any refunds if the flowers are already on-board for delivery. We cannot refund any orders due to incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer. In case of any flower quality issues please contact us immediately and if applicable a refund will be processed if an original copy of the receipt and photo of the flowers are supplied. In the unlikely situation that an order is not processed or delivered, a new order will be re-sent or if requested a full refund will be processed into the purchase account.

Flowers are very delicate and need to be carefully looked after, so to maximise the lifespan of your arrangement or bouquet the following care instructions are required:

All leaves under the waterline need to be removed and the ends of the flower stems need to be cut approximately 1inch at an angle right before placing the stems into water. The water needs to be changed every second day and the stems trimmed again. Arrangements in box or ceramic containers with floral foam (green foam) need to be topped up every second day with a cup of water. Please don’t place flowers near heating or air-conditioning.

Delivery Policy

With Flowers delivers to all Melbourne suburbs 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.

Please ensure that the recipient will be at the specified location on the day of your order, and that you provide the correct delivery address contact details of the recipient. If incorrect delivery details are provided, additional delivery charges will apply and same day re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.

For same day deliveries orders must be made before 2pm AEST. Same day deliveries ordered after 2pm AEST may be possible with an additional fee, please contact With Flowers on 03 9347 7699. Any orders placed after 2pm AEST will be delivered the next available working day. If you require flowers to be delivered at a specific time of day please contact With Flowers on (03) 9347 7699. Additional fees may apply. During busy occasion days such as Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Christmas time, please order as early as possible to ensure same day delivery.

Please advise of any special instructions e.g. security gate. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave the items if they deem it safe to do so. If it is not appropriate to leave the items, the driver will return them to our store until further arrangements are made. This will incur further delivery charges. Same day re-delivery cannot be guaranteed. Once the items have been delivered, With Flowers will not accept liability for any loss or damage if items are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place

Delivery to Royal Women's Hospital, Frances Perry House, Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Melbourne Private Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre cut-off time is 3.30pm AEST.

Privacy Statement

With Flowers collects personal data for the purpose of providing a specific product or service requested by the customer. Certain information may be required in order to provide this product or service, such as full name of customer and recipient, authorised users, e-mail address, billing address and contact phone numbers. The information collected may also be used to inform the customer of additional products and services, which may be of interest to them. All marketing material sent to the customer will include an option for the customer to request removal from mailing or contact lists for any future marketing.
